Based in the always-sunny Dominican Republic, general tinkerer who loves everything IT, from raspberry pi’s to video games….
Building a virtual machine, ensure the mac address for it is whitelisted on your router, install a plex server and attach a network storage so that you can watch your movie/series collection from your TV seamlessly… Yep, that’s me.
But what I enjoy the most is having a client thank you with “Wow you saved day” or “You rock!” and “Tell your manager to give you a raise”

Strong WordPress technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. This allows me to use interpersonal skills to clearly communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly with a friendly attitude.
System Engineering
Working knowledge and demonstrable skills with Linux administration, plesk servers, DHCP, DNS. Experience with LAN and WAN networking including VPNs, subnetting, VLANs and routing.

LAMP Stack support, server admin for cPanel/WHM, Plesk, and Interworx. As a level 1 agent, I was in charge of troubleshooting and fixing DNS, FTP, Linux, Apache, MySQL, WordPress, and WHMCS for clients in live chats, calls, or tickets. A technical writer in my spare time.
HostPapa.com 2021 – Current
LAMP Stack Responsabilities: Troubleshooting and fixing DNS, FTP, Linux, Apache, MySQL, WHMCS issues among others.
For WordPress I would perform optimizations, recommend plugins, fix websites, remove malware, and migrate them from others hosting providers to our managed WordPress platform.
Lowes.com 2015 – 2019
For 5 years I worked chat support for Lowes.com. My first 2 years were in sales, the following year I was moved to assisted checkout( I made sure clients with technical issues were able to place orders) the last 2 years I was helping the IT team develop a chat BOT ( I tested the bot and provided feedback and improvements).
